External Advisory Committee (EAC)

Responsibilities of an EAC Member

i) Advise on scientific matters, programmatic development and assist in identification of potential additional resources when relevant.

ii) Assess and critique scientific progress of the Center as a whole, the individual research projects and the maturation of Target Investigators on their path to independent status.

iii) Participate in 2 meetings a year (one in person) with the COBRE team members providing a year end written critique of discussion, recommendations and actions taken, which will be included in the annual progress report to the NIH.
