The N/AIDHC multidisciplinary sickle cell care team met together in February, 2020 to discuss findings from Dr. Hildenbrand’s pilot study on factors influencing hydroxyurea uptake among youth with SCD at Nemours. The team worked together to translate these findings into actionable improvement strategies that will be trialed in the upcoming year.
